Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order however, the larger the quantity the cheaper the price per piece.

Do you ship?
Yes, we do offer shipping for an additional charge.

Do you do custom designs or do I need to provide my own?
Yes, we do offer custom design options or you are welcome to provide your own. We do our best to bring your vision to life through collaboration. We also offer several design options to get your creative juices flowing on our Designer Page

Can I supply my own items to print on?
No, we do not print on supplied garments. We have in the past but as with every good deed, we punished ourselves each time. Different material can take ink differently. We cannot guarantee our work if we are given a subpar item to press. We know what works, nothing against your taste or choice in item, and prefer to use what we know is going to give you a stellar product.

Do you provide proofs or mock-ups for me to look at before I decide?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to give your "stamp of a-prooval" so that we can do a "print-tastic" job! You will be provided with one or more mock-ups before we ever begin production of your order.

Can you handle rush orders?
Yes, we know how impatient "some" people can be, therefore, to accommodate we give several time frame options that you can choose from when approving your quote. Of course, we are not talking about you. You are as patient as a cat learning to bark.

What is your policy on returns, exchanges, or refunds?
We do not offer refunds unless the issue is the direct result to us having a brain fart and screwing up your order or design. We do not offer refunds for manufacture defects but will take full responsibility for anything we feel is our sole responsibility. We want you to be happy with your order.

What if I approved an order but changed my mind?
We can all have some commitment issues from time to time but in this case you need to be ready to put a ring on it because once approved and in production, we unfortunately cannot change your design.
